In this video I worked with a group to film the vidoes. I attended a Phoenix Raceway Event and independently edited this video to create the B-roll, voiceover, and interview segment.
In this video, I created an intro and closing segment with music and animated the text to fit with the video playing.
My news video showcases the reality of Tempe apartments. It highlights the difference between luxury apartments and what they offer compared to the older yet affordable apartments offered to students. Using original footage I filmed and edited, you’ll see the true standard of housing that exists behind the marketing. I also included an interview with an ASU student currently living in Tempe, sharing their honest experience. My goal is to provide listeners who may be unfamiliar with the area a clearer picture of the real conditions shaping student life in Tempe today. I was able to showcase the competitive environment student and companies see everyday in just a 2 minute video.
