Tempe is home to Arizona State University, one of the largest Universities in the nation. Tempe offers a variety of apartments including things like roof top pools, furnished units, spas, etc. This map gives an insight on where these apartments are located, what they look like, and why students gravitate towards them.
My infographic is a visual timeline of how Arizona's housing market evolved into what it is today. Organized decade by decade, it showcases the key ideas of where Arizona was as an economy and why. From the Great Depression, to the 2008 housing crash, the timeline provides clear context for understanding how past decisions continue to impact Arizonans’ ability to find stable housing today.
